What if I go over my included usage?

You have 24/7 access to your dashboard and usage. You can see at any point your estimated bill for the upcoming billing period. Any usage over your plan will be added to your next billing cycle.

What phone number can you use?

We have access to all UK numbers and worldwide. If you require international number please contact us

Do you charge per user?

No, you are charged per subscription not per user. You can add addition members to your account to view reports.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard or American Express

How do I integrate clear ring?

Integration is simple and only takes 5 minutes please see the integration guide or request an onboarding call.

How often am I billed?

Once you start your subscription you are billed every 28 days. You can see all your bill at any time in your dashboard.

Am I tied into a contract?

No. You can cancel your clear ring subscription at any time online without the need to contact us. We are confident that you will be more than satisfied with clear ring and the value it adds to your business.

Are there any other hidden charges?

We don’t like hidden fee. All our fees are clearly displayed on our pricing page. If you have any questions please speak to one of our product specialists.

Can I route my call tracking to my mobile phone?

Yes! You can route the call tracking to any phone, landline or mobile. You can also instantly update the call destination through your dashboard at any time.

How long will it take to set up?

Your account is provisioned instantly and is ready to start tracking as soon as you add it to your website. To get started only take 5 minutes, alternatively have one of our product specialists take you through the process.

Does this effect / change my current phone system?

No, not at all. Clear Ring work with all phone systems as we route the calls to your current phone system. No need to buy additional handsets or software, just add our tracking code into your website and your all set!

Does the call tracking work if called form overseas?

Clear Ring tracks EVERY call, regardless of the original source.

Why is the plans based on website traffic?

We need to ensure that we have provided enough numbers in your number pool to accommodate your traffic. Clear ring will alert you if you need to upgrade. If this is the case, you will still receive every call but you may have some calls where we cannot determine the original source. If you are unsure which package you need, speak to one of our team.

I am not sure how much traffic I get?

Not a problem, choose the package you want to get started. We will notify you if you need to upgrade. We will always contact you first before making changes.

What if I go over my included usage?

We’ll continue to track your calls. Once you go over your included usage, you’ll be billed at the “Additional Usage” rates on your current plan. You can always upgrade your pricing plan as your business grows. You cal always check your usage in real-time through your dashboard.
